Project of EcoSavvy Compassion
Because every child deserves to be celebrated.
The Heart Behind It
With SNAP benefits being reduced, many families across Southwest Missouri faced even greater challenges meeting daily food needs, making special items like birthday cakes, impossible luxuries. Operation Birthday Cake was born from compassion, the C in the EcoSavvy CARES Model, to make sure that no child’s special day goes uncelebrated simply because their family is struggling. Through this initiative, we partner with local bakers like Muffin Tops & Cake Pops, The FrostedFae and Zave’s Cakes to provide one birthday cake each week to a child in need in Jasper or Newton Counties.
Our goal is to bake joy into every celebration while highlighting the importance of local sustainability and community care.

Operation Birthday Cake Request Form
Welcome to Operation Birthday Cake, a partnership between EcoSavvy Insights and Muffin Tops & Cake Pops Bakery! We believe every child deserves to feel celebrated on their special day. This initiative helps provide free birthday delights to children in Jasper and Newton County whose families may need support. 💡 Please note: Requests are first come, first served and subject to availability. Submitting a request does not guarantee fulfillment, but we will do our very best.
